For those who come to stay at our accommodation, we make every effort to ensure that each individual has the opportunity to experience the chance to live a full and happy life. We embrace the principles of Equality and Diversity and welcome service users from diverse ethnic, cultural, religious and sexuality backgrounds. Where they have fallen vulnerable to mental health episodes, we focus on recovery. As part of our contribution, we aim to provide a warm, friendly environment which is both safe and culturally sensitive. We understand that due to complexity in needs, some of our service users may demonstrate challenging behaviour and all staff are trained to support service users in addressing issues pertinent to their specific needs.

  • Specific physical needs of the care recipient with regards to bathing and grooming, dressing, meals and diet, mobility, and incontinence.
  • Reviewing schedules involving sleep, eating and medicine. Specific emotional needs such as social interaction, activities, conversation, appointments, and companionship.
  • Specific assistance with homemaking such as preparation of meals, groceries, linens, laundry, and light housekeeping.

We welcome those who may require: Short term Long term Emergency or respite care

Those who stay with us are helped to develop their social skills through the group living experience as well as involvement in community activities whilst encouraging them to feel part of the group and able to own and build on their experiences. We believe that this will help with recovery for those who are able to reintegrate into society as independent thriving individuals.

We provide therapeutic support for everyone who spends time in our service and we actively encourage every service user who is willing and able to engage for their best interests. Our approach is to use both group and individual one to one discussion, providing a qualified therapist as required.
